Order process

Products with confirmed stock and price can be ordered by COD. Low-stock or fitment-sensitive items may need an additional check before dispatch.

Dispatch is not finalized without phone verification

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery

Every accepted COD order receives a tracking code beginning with LB. Use the Track page or Customer Portal to see the latest status.
